Good day. Regarding my queries. I just want to seek help or any legal matters. I ordered mobile phone thru online transaction with the best buy in USA. I made transaction with them only in whatsap. The cost of mobile is 3900QR and on installment basis. The sales manager asked me to pay 900qr for shipping fee and it is already included in 3900 costs of the mobile. I purchased mobile with freebies. Now they shipped my items last july 24 going here to qatar thru Winston Courier Service. But upon tracking the item, i found out that it was on hold in China immigration, and i also received a message in whatsap who told me that he is an immigration officer and asking me to pay 1000QR for clearance fee. Because they will not release my item. I coordinated with the sales manager of Best buy and he told me that I have to pay the certain amount. And upon tracking again it was again on hold due to late payment, management fee of 2000QR. With that, i got confused because why should I pay that such amount. I asked the officer to give me his name but he refused and told me that if i would like to have a case regarding that and not giving the due payment that their management need to pursue the shipping. And they told that it was the last time they would ask for payment. So i gave the money. I transferred the money thru bank to bank online transfer. Then after one day, the officer again told me that it was on hold again due to insurance fee. I must pay another 850Qr again to release that to ship my item. I refused to give. Because with this, im confused if there is such policy or any other fees to be settled by me alone and not the company where i bought the item. But he kept on insisting me to pay that. They are telling if i will pay the insurance fee, my items will be shipped and give me refund of 5200QR. With this, i refused. Kindly help me with this, how to track evrything, how to know the china immigration or customs policy. Thank you
