Good day. Do u deal with divorce cases in Kuwait?

We would like to inform you that referring to the Kuwaiti Personal Status Law No. 51 for the year 1984, which regulates the personal status issues and their effects. With regard to divorce proceedings, it is possible to go to the Shari'a court or the Jaafari court according to the marriage contract, whether Sunni or otherwise.
Accordingly, the divorce lawsuit shall be registered whether the lawsuit is filed by the wife or husband, provided that the list of the lawsuit includes justifications and reasons.
The divorce application attached with the lawsuit the following documents.
1. Attend the couple in the court
2.marriage contract
3. Fill out the divorce application
4- A copy of the civil status card
** Note that if the divorce lawsuit is by the will of the husband he must pay all legitimate rights stipulated in the marriage contract in addition to the expense of Iddah estimated by the court in addition to the expenses of custody if there is a child and accommodation if the wife has no accommodation
