My emplyee made case for salary on my company and Twafaq (Labour dept) Cancel employee Visa without Handover and Acceptance of Resignation Letter and there was no 30 Days Notice period and employee visa was Unlimited As a Company i have also conplaied and Mohre People say go to Police Station to get your company belonging and Cheque books what you suggest now as Visa already cancelled last week
