I am business man living in Dubai UAE and I had Blue Card resident card in Germany and its expired since Feb2019. I applied for french visa but rejected due to unknown reason saying I broke the laws of Schengen residents rules. So I need to apply for Swedish visit Visa And bypass this block...can I do that with your help

We would like to inform you that due to the Covid-19 procedures it is hard to get Swedish visit visa as the airports are closed .
However, you can contact the Swedish embassy and arrange the travel procedures then apply for the visa and attach the below:
1) Copy of a valid passport for at least six months
2) Two photographs with the same specifications of passport photo with white background for each
3) booking flight
4)Booked in a hotel
5)Bank Statement
6)A copy of the invitation letter sent to you by a relative
