I have residency visa of UAE but it's already expired and my company didn't approve my visa
So,now I wat to know about it and,

We would like to inform you that the employer shall bear the expenses of renewing the residence permit, and a complaint can be filed through the following link:
Note that once your residence visa expires in the UAE, the sponsor has to expedite in renewing his / her sponsored visas within the specified time of visas' renewal. So that to avoid imposing any fines or legal consequences on you. According to the law, the general directorate of residency and foreigners affairs (GDRFA) grants a 30-day grace period to reside legally in UAE after the expiry of the residence visa.
