We would like you to know that selling kidneys is a crime punishable by law regulating the transfer, transplantation of organs and human tissues. So selling your kidney exposes you and your doctor to legal liability.

Article 21 of the law

Whoever trades or mediates for the purpose of trafficking in organs, parts thereof or human tissues shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of not less than five years and not more than seven years and a fine of not less than five hundred thousand dirhams and not more than three million dirhams.

The court shall order the confiscation of funds derived from the crime

So what should i do companies not providing visas ,they only consider own visa candidates,company which i recently joined also asking to process vusa,where to arrange huge money better to sale any organ to survive

#SamerI need some advice from youMy company kept me for 13 days without offer letter and now they are saying we dont have projects so we cant afford you.i told them oky give 13 days pay i will leave.they keep on laying and not giving money,i dont have much time .they wasted my time and i cant find another job.please guide me

We would like to inform you that The employer shall bear the costs of bringing the worker and the expenses of his return to his country. The worker shall not bear any part of these expenses, but if the worker ends the employment contract without justification, the employer does not bear the expenses of his return to his country and therefore you must file a complaint against the employer at the Labor Office or to institute a legal action against him and will take the necessary action against him

Thanks for your response again ,the problem is that the employer didnt give any offer letter and keeping on lying and delaying to give this offer or contract letter.And for legal action i cant hire a lawyer,for me it is much costly,they already not me giving 13 days pay.and i am leaving to country very soon.because last day of expiry of visa is 10 Aug.

Therefore, you must file a complaint against the employer, as I previously mentioned to you. Your problem will not be resolved unless you file a complaint with the Labor Office
