Morning. I want to know what are my rights as my landlord does no maintenance in the house I rent. I live in a 4 bedroom villa since 3 yrs. There is a termite problem, the air conditioners are not working and in 2 of the bathroom the water pipes are leaking so they can't be used. And these problems are from start of the contract, after repeated reminders also no action has been taken.
