Hi my name is jaime aguilar...i worked at Holiday Inn Hotel Al barshia in Dubai,as a band...with a contract with them stated that they will provide our ticket going home in our country Philippines...we already staying here for 4 months with no work...and we want to go home, but they dont still give us our tickets...where can we file a complaint?...thank u so much

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
