Symptomes and management of Bronchospasm and Respiratory tract infections 
Respiratory tract infections are the most commonly encountered infections by the human body, respiratory tract infections are mainly viral infections that can be superimposed by secandary bacterial infections, it cause several symptomes including hedache, sore throat, cough and signs of bronchospasm like chest tightness, its treated using Paracetamol 1000 mg tab 3 times a day, Albuterol inhaler as needed and Loratidine 10 mg tab once before bedtime. If you have a recent history of contact with COVID 19 infected indicidulas you should suspect corona virus infection and take the precautions of home isolation and symptomes monitoring 
Required investiations 
After the proper physical exam, CBC  should be done to detect infections,  lung funtion tests to detect degree and type of bronchospasm and chest CT to detect infiltrations and PCR for Corona detections

• Acute bronchitis 
• COVID 19 infection 
• bronchial asthma
