Hi doctor, I have a question related to obgyn. I recently had a missed miscarriage and am trying hard to get pregnant again. I understood that I can start ovulating as soon as two weeks after the first day of bleeding from miscarriage. I’m trying to figure out whether this means the day I started spotting after the diagnosis or the day the baby came out (naturally). There is a week difference between the two. The baby came out about one week ago and I’ve done ovulation tests which came out positive 2 days consecutively and also did a pregnancy test which came out positive and read 2-3 weeks. Does this mean I can possibly be pregnant again? Let me know! Thank you!

regarding being able to be pregnant that soon ?
its highly unlikely
regarding the period avoid miscarriage :
- usually miscarriage bleeding last 2 - 4 weeks
- pregnancy hormone may still be positive in those weeks or later soon enough and it doesnt mean you are pregnant , its only a traces of the hormone from previous pregnancy
- ovulation may start before period come again , but thats not for sure , so you may ovulate , but it doesnt mean you are pregnant
what do we suggest :
- avoid pregnancy in the next 3 months at least , and its recommanded to take a break for 6 months before trying getting pregnant again
- take good care of your health by the following advices :
1. regulat your meals and have healthy eating habits
2. avoid fast food & and oily meals
3. avoid suger and alcoholic or soft drinks
4. have plenty of rest
5. exercise regularly
6. drink plenty of water
7. avoid stress and anxiety
