I am based in Abu Dhabi and we have rented an apartment however the caretaker has been a real pain and the company who we rented from are no help at all. We don’t have a tawteeq but we have a contract which we have not signed yet we have made the first payment in cash followed by 2 post dated cheques.If we wanted to cancel where would that leave us would we be entitled to get our money back?
