Hi... My husband was having employment visa when he got affected by covid 19, he lost his job befor the visa is changed to resident visa. Although the visa was automatically extended until Dec 2020, but the company cancelled the visa on 30 April. He had grace period until)l 29 May.. but he couldn't fly home yet because we had no money and there was no flight. Now we have money to go home, but the overstay fine is already applied. Is there anyway to waive this charges or reduce the fine amount?
