Testicualr atrophy post recurrent orchitis 
Orchitis is one of the infectious diseases that affect the testis to cause inflammatory process in the testis tissue and reactive fluid in the surrounding, after resolution of the infection the tests may encounter some degree of fibrosis that might lead to testicular atrophy if recurrent. Normally the right tests is smaller than the left, so you should consult urologist for examination and management 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, semen analysis is ordered to detect any semen abnormality, Testosteron level should be done to evaluate for any decrease in testosterone, testicualr us to evaluate for the testis volume 
Causes 

• Recurrent testicular infections 
• Varicocele 
• testosteron drop
• testicular tumors 
• retracted testis 
• normal varient 

Our advice 
You are adviced to have a well balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals espcially in vegetables, fruits and fishes. avoid smoking and have regular exercise
