Symptomes and Management of itchy vaginal infections 
Itchy vaginal infections are among the most commonly encountered vaginal infections among females that present with itching, redness and whitish vaginal discharge, thick without smell. Its primarly caused by Candidal infections that could be treated using Miconazol Vaginal supp twice a day for 7 days in addition to Miconazol cream that could be applied twice a day and consult your treating Gyncologist if symptomes perisist.
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, CBC should be done to detect infection, urine analysis to detect UTI, and a blood sugar test 2 hours after a meal to detect any signs of diabetes. KOH analysis of the discharge to diagnose fungi 
Causes of itchy vaginal discharge 

• Fungal : Candida
• Viral : Herpes 
• Bacterial: BV
