Hi heloo greetings^-^ i have a question. Is it allowed to use our holiday to replace our day off. We have a holiday july 30-31 and aug 1-2 so equivalent to 4days holiday but in our campany they are only giving our holiday when we don't have regulars due to our work as a cleaner. Here is my question they change our day off tuesday to friday for the month of Ausgust. Last day of july is friday and if you see we work wednesday( last week of july). We are going to have 9 days of work until we are going to have our day off. And they entended to give our 1 day holiday for rest day that should our 1week given rest day. Is it allowed to use our holiday to change our day off that suppose to be we should have in a week of working.

Friday shall be the normal weekly rest day for all workers except the daily-paid. Where a worker has to be put on duty on that day, he shall be compensated with a substitute rest day or be paid his basic wage for his normal hours of work plus a supplement of at least 50 per cent of that wage.

hi thank you. but we have different rest day. on tuesdays now they are going to change to friday. and then our employer said they will just give our holiday exchange for suppose to be our day off daily paid. In 7 days we should have a rest day but because they are changing our rest day instead of working for 9days they will give our holiday to replace the said daily paid rest day.

This is a normal 9-day period as a result of the replacement to be returned after that,  so that the leave day is every 6 days, and these 3 days are due for an overtime fee

Am its like this our campany only give our holiday the day they want us to have it. Now we are going to have 4 holidays right. Now that they change our day off its like 9 days of work. So instead that we are going to have our rest day. 1 of the holiday they are going to use it for our rest day. Its like dubled that its our holiday and its our day off also. But they are going to pay same rate. Like they remove our rest day for the week and give our holiday to replaced it. Supposed to be we must have our rest day for 6days work and the holiday would be other day. Is our campnay right that they will do this to us.
