The confusion is here - when I registered with this university in 2018 - 2 weeks later I got a call from the MOE and from the department of Foreign Affairs here in the UAE and later from the UAE Embassy in the USA - Washington-( that it is a legitimate university - so I can proceed with my studies

I started 2018 - did all my 10 courses - for my Masters - and finished them - I have all the evidence - and I was paying in instalments using my credit card

I received my certificate in July 2019 - but had to send it back because it had wrong information - (grades and courses) - then we went home for holidays - on returning they sent me another one - in October after a very long delay again it was wrong - worse than the first one

Now I was forced to conract the faculty which I did - and talked to the Head of faculty complaining - about the inefficiency - and he promised to send the certificate himself - then he was quiet for a while ( about 2 weeks - then I got a call from USDLA - that I need to pay the accreditation fee and the Distance learning fee - which I did - then had to wait cos I had to pay that money in installments

They were suppose to post it a few days before lockdown - so they claimed they cannot because nobody in their offices. - So it was only last week when I started to enquire - that I received these calls about the university -

I am seeking legal advise because - I am doubtful about the whole process - how they were demanding money from me again - how they promised that I will get it back via the the IRS - it is all confusing and unbelievable for now - because I have been in this situation before with them - all I wanted is my certificate - the university is still there online - operating - I even gave then a call today...so I need help - very urgently - PLEASE

If you have been contacted by an entity which it claim that it's the FBI and you've been asked to send them an amount of money equivalent of 15.000 USD to avoid jail, then we have to tell you that the FBI don't proceed with this manner and don't ask people directly to send money to avoid any jail sentence, also please consider that the jurisdiction of the FBI is mostly in the US territory and exceptionnaly outside the US but the ase that you presented to us is not a fBI concern,
Then it might be a scam mail, then you can contact th US embassy about this mail and pocedure about a legitimate online
university, also you can try to contact the university to know about the clam
