My visa ended on 23 of March after that due to corona pandemic Dubai government extended the time for staying in Dubai till December and said no fines .now one of my friend gone back to India in airport they charged him fine for over stay . I am right now in Dubai if I want to go back they will charge me fine however I am worker of a company .the question is who supouse to pay fine me or my company

As I above mentioned that one of freind got fine on him regardin over stay .if we have time till August 18 then how he got fined .and the answer of your saying August 18 we have time is it for recidence visa or visiting visa or for every one
