Treatment of Hydrocele
 in the baby boys the hydrocele may disappear on its own  and if doesnt disappear it treated by surgical remove it (hydrocelectomy)or by tabing by needl, after that you need to put drain to drain the fluid and bulky dressing with gog compression 
Diagnosis
by taking full medical history and clinical examination , and doing ultrasound on the scrotum to diagnose it

• inflammation of the scrotum
• epididimytis
• unobletrated testcular sac
• trauma

Symptoms

• swelling
• testicular pain
• heavness
