It is possible to go to the nearest police station, or go to the Public Prosecution, submit a complaint and explain the matter in detail, and the agency may be charged with fraud and fraud according to what is concluded from it as a result of the investigation, so the text of the law stipulates in Article (10) in the following offenses, except on the basis of a written or oral complaint from the victim or his legal representative:
