We received traffict violation 3000aed during lockdown last March 2020, which we believed unfair to us. we visited the AUH police city hall and told them the matter. The police advised us to send an appeal to the court. Now its already 4month past since we filed our request to the court of appeal about our case, although we made already a followup twice, we did not received any response from the court. My question are the following: 1. How long does the court of appeal can respond on their verdict? 2. Is there a way we can followup to expedite their decision? Is there a similar case, same what we had that eventually resolved? As it was very difficult for us to pay that amount especially we lost our job during this pandemic and our saving is runny ng out
