Asslamu Alaikum. We took a tour package from a company based on Ajman(UAE). The package is valid for 2 years and it gives us various benefits. The main package gives us the option to do hotel bookings across the world for 12 days in the 2 years. However I have not utilized any of this service at all which they promised as there was no response from them. now the mails are getting bounced and their mobiles / landlines are not working. The office is also closed. We do not have any idea about their whereabouts. How do we proceed further in this matter. Kindly guide me. We affected members of this group have joined hands now. Should we go to police or lawyer or court. Is this a civil case or criminal case. Please guide.
