i wanted to know abour saudi labour law for saudi nationals - how amny days paid leave is allowed for saudi nationals in saudi arabia if working with private company

Saudi Labor Law Article 109:
1. The worker shall be entitled to an annual leave of less than twenty-one days for each year and to a period of less than thirty days if the worker has been employed by the employer for five consecutive years.
2. The worker shall be entitled to his leave in the year of entitlement. It shall not be waived or paid in cash instead of being obtained during his service. The employer may set the dates of such vacations in accordance with the requirements of work or alternatively grant them to work in order to secure his work. Leave at least thirty days in sufficient time
Article (110)
1. The worker, with the consent of the employer, may postpone his annual leave or days thereof to the following year.
2. The employer shall have the right to postpone the worker's leave after the end of the year of entitlement if the working conditions require that for more than ninety days. If the working conditions necessitate the continuation of the postponement, the worker's approval must be obtained in writing.
Article (110)

Article 111:
The worker shall have the right to receive a wage for the days of leave due if he leaves the work before using it for the period for which he has not been granted leave.
Article 112:
Every worker shall have the right to leave with full pay on the holidays and occasions specified by the Regulations
Article (3) of Article (110)
Taking into account the leave of the working woman specified under this Law, the worker shall be entitled to full leave for five days in the event of the death of a spouse or of one of his assets or branches or at the time of his marriage and three days in the event of the birth of a child and the employer may request supporting documents for the cases referred to.
