Mangement of skin Eczema 
Skin eczema is a skin disease condition where the skin got irritated and inflammed with overlying dry rash red in color with scaling , in most of cases its an itchy rash. Eczema can be associated with certain allergic conditions to certain food and drugs and sometimes its assocaited with hypersensitivity illnesses like Bronchial Asthma. Its treated by topical application of Clobetasol propionate cream twice daily till the disapperiance of the lesion, Consultation of  A dermatologist to get more treatment lines using phototherapy with ultraviolt light.
Investigations 
After the proper physical exam, CBC should be done to detect any rise in WBC, Rheumatological survery using RF, ANA, ESR should be done to detect any association. Skin biopsy will confirm the diagnosis 
Casues 

• Atopic Eczema 
• drug or food allergy 
• Excessive irritation of the Flextural and joint ares
