Hi atty. Good day! I just wanna concern regarding my employment visa here uae. My employment visa is already expired january 2020. And im inside the uae. Due to pandemic virus issue. Company is close for couple of months. But before they close. I submitted my renewal documents and i made a training in tawjeeh last february. before the lockdown. And until now the company is not open. My passport is with them. The company license will expire by august 2020. And we are worried because the cotact person that liable for everything is unreachable. He close his contact number even the company landline.

Atty, what if the company license will be expire next month. And you cannot reach them. My passport is with them. I didnt sign any cancellation since im in renewal. Who will pay the overstay fine?
