hi sir i am living here in dubai sir one i eat something in the morning like breakfast after 15 to 20 min i feel pain in my stomach and then i go to the washroom mostly that happen in the morning i can't eat a heavy food many time in the lunch and dinner time i feel same thing can you please help me what's the problem is that?

Treatment of abdominal pain after breakfast
It is common complain and it is due to food poisoning and stomach upset due to types of food. Firstly, avoid eating heavy meals these days to decrease symptoms. Increase your daily intake of hot drinks and water. Take Metronidazole 500 mg twice daily for ten days to relieve any inflammation in your stomach.
Investigations to do
You can do CBC to exclude increased WBCs level and stool analysis to exclude amebiasis and infections
Symptoms of food poisoning
There are many symptoms like

- Nausea and vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Skin rash
- Joints and muscles pain
