Tuberculosis examination: it is limited to pulmonary tuberculosis only, and examination is done for all arrivals to the new country, and cases that have proven old or active pulmonary tuberculosis are considered to be unhealthy, and residence is not granted. Old or active, the person is considered fit for health, provided that it is followed up by the Preventive Medicine Department or equivalent in government health agencies, and the person is granted a health fitness certificate for residence stating the phrase subject to treatment. Exempt from health fitness conditions for old and active tuberculosis for the purpose of obtaining residency for the first time, and a member of the diplomatic and consular corps, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs or whoever he delegates, is considered fit for the expatriate and resident, such as husband, wife and children who are on the sponsorship of the resident, and is issued With the exception of these cases, a decision is issued by the Minister of Health or the competent local government health authority.
