We would like to inform you that you must make a report of a loss replacement for you lost passport in the nearest police station, and then get the consent of the sponsor with the police report then go to your country's embassy to get a new passport with the following documents:

- A personal photo

- Police report of the passport loss

- Valid UAE ID card and residence

- Payment of fees for the issuance of a lost passport
