Hi mam, good afternoon I would like to ask about my status coz Im cancel already from labour but in immigration not cancel me.then how many time I when to Al awir Amer to make cancellation but they told me.they need my employer Emirates I'd.and I chat and call my employer last week he answered me.and he told me he cancy me on Sunday or Friday.but call and chat him again he blocked me already.so I need ur advice mam.thanks

We would like to inform you that if you mean the employer, then you have to file a complaint in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and clarify the reasons of the complaint and attach the documents that prove your complaint. The labor office will hear the employer, then they will decide and issue the verdict or refer it to the labor court.
