I am taking losar 50 for my BP in morning , but

Question

I am taking losar 50 for my BP in morning ,  but last one week always my BP level shows 100/150,  feels some disturbances in lips,  headache,  normally i have less sleep.  Do you have any other recomendation to follow in my life to reduce BP  other than medicine or you are reconending to change medicinal qty or brand?
