hey, im having severe pain on my wrist and i did xray the past month and they said it was nothing and then they gave me a gel called diclogesic gel but that didnt seem to work even though i applied it on time and stopped using the phone for a while but it seems that the pain is only getting worse

What is the treatment of ًWrist Pain ?
You should follow the following tips and advice to treat and relieve Wrist pain :
