hello good afternoon.. im a cleaner from company,...
hello good afternoon.. im a cleaner from company, but suddenly whenthe income of the company getting down, they decided to make the worked to be a freelancer, means we need to pay our visa to the company,, we agree about this because we want to continue servicing our clients, then make an agreement.. in that agreement it was written that we will pay 1000aed to 1500 aed monthly to the company and they will give us free accomodation and transportation.. but thag was not happen.. as of now we are shouldering all expenses including house, transpo and foods.. my question is.. do the company can file a abscon case against me?? because i cannot give them the money they asking for the visa.. thank you
