Good afternoon I need you assistance. I find out that my husband has another lady and he faked our marriage certificate and brought her under this fake marriage documents in Egypt to be able to sleep with her. He is Christian and doesn't have a right for multiple marriage. However the problem is that the document this lady entered his country is false totally. How can I report this to the police in Egypt being outside county?,

We would like to inform you that to prove forgery of documents requires you to perform the following procedures:
First: to file a complaint atthe Public Prosecution and accuse your husband and new wife of the offense of spoiling the marital bond, and ask to prove the authenticity of the documents that the court will judge as false documents. Note that improving sin, which means spoiling the marital bond and which is stipulated in the Federal Penal Code in Article (312), is punishable by imprisonment and a fine, or with one of these two penalties, whoever commits one of the following crimes:
1: Offending one of the Islamic sanctities or rituals.
2: Insulting one of the recognized heavenly religions.
3: To improve, incite or promote sin, or to take any action that might be tempted to commit it.
4: A Muslim ate pork, knowing it.
If one of these crimes is committed in public, the penalty shall be imprisonment for a period of no less than a year or a fine
Second: After issuing a court ruling for the crime above, an ecclesiastical case may be filed to annul the marriage and inform the Egyptian embassy.
