Hello. I have a question to discuss. My labour contract was over during COVID-19 and my company approved to renew the contract but i wasn't unable to renew it due to COVID-19 .Now I have changed my mind and don't want to renew it as i didn't sign any new contract document. In such case can i leave my company without any penalty. My contract is limited. Need your prompt response. Thanks

We would like to inform you that as long as your definite contract term has expired and you do not want to renew and you did not sign the new contract, then you have the right to terminate your work without any legal problem or a decision to impose a ban against you and you may ask the employer to pay all of your dues, which is the return flight ticket to the place from where you got brought along with an end of service indemnity and finishing the visa cancellation procedures.
