Naproxen for pain releive

Common side effects 
Dizziness and confusion in addition to imblanace are considered one of the common side effects of the medication that result in discontinuation of the medication by the patient and take at least 48 hs to disappear after the drug is fully excreted by the kidney in urine. Its wise to use other alternative like Etrocoxib 120 mg tab once daily to releive pain and drink plenty of water to decrease the severity of syptomes 
Other side effects 

• constipation 
• abdominal pain  and nausea 
• hedache and edema
• stomach pain and ulcers 

serious warnings 
The group of NSAIDS are avoided in cases of ischemic heart disease patients especially those with coronary grafts and stents, in addition to any allergic reaction to any of the NSAIDS drug family.
people with history of Gastric ulcers are at risk of development of ulcer bleeding in concomittent use of NSAIDS
