Modalities of scar removal 
Scars are among the most commonly encountered complications after surgeries, burns or wounds. Usually the skin regain its normal architicture in a matter of 6 months but if the edges were irregular or result from burn wounds they are difficult to be remodeled naturally. Most of burn wounds of deep 2nds degree or 3 rd degree need skin grafting for repair of wound to prevent scar initially but if the scar developed and the patient desire removal, the scar could be removed by laser phototherapy or local steroid injection after scar excesion. Consult a plastic surgeon to decide the best option for scar removal.
Required invetigations 
After proper physical exam cbc in necessary to assure proper healing with adequate hgb level, Urea and Cr should be done to rule out any disturbance in kidney functions that will delay wound healing in addition to Random blood sugar testing .

• Genitic causes 
• Irregular wound 
• burn wound
