We would like to inform you that you can apply a request to the competent labor department in order to prove maliciousness of the escape report, as if it is proven that the facility misused the procedures of the escape notification to evade its obligations towards the worker, the communication is considered malicious

In accordance with Ministerial Resolution No. 721 of 2006, which reads as follows:

Article 12
 1- If it is proved that the facility abused the escape notification procedures to evade its obligations towards the worker, the communication is considered malicious. 2 - If it is proven that the establishment abused the escape notification procedures to evade the fees due or its obligations under the rules and procedures for foreigners to work in the country, the communication is considered false. 

3 - If the escape notification is a picture, or a photo, then the establishment is obliged to pay ten thousand dirhams a fee for delaying correcting its conditions in accordance with the table attached to the first article of Cabinet Resolution No. (19) for the year 2005 referred to. The Ministry may ban the establishment and all other establishments owned or shared by any of the owners or partners, and provided that they do not have a partner with whom his name was not mentioned in the violating facility, until the required fee is paid.
