You have to renew your passport through the embassy of your country and after doing that you can apply for a new visa as the presence of a passport has validity for almost three months that does not allow obtaining a new visa

Sir that compny where I was cancel my visa they are not realising my passport. They said first change your status or buy your tkt then we will realize your passport. I have offer latter also

Your status can only be changed by your passport and obtaining a new work contract, and you can review the police station in order to open a complaint against the business owner because of his failure to return your passport.

Thanks for this advice. Actually I am just afraid to do this. Because alot of people's told me that if I will file my case then should be waste my time. Means I have no to go court. Daily daily.
