Please am working for a known company here in UAE , they brought me from my home country with offer letter on two year contract visa, on getting here at January this year, I discover the job is too difficult for me, then I decided to manage it for six months which is my probation period according to the offer letter, and also having it in mind to give the company one month notice before I resigned according to Labour lawBut am hearing that if I make attempt to seek for termination, the manager will do everything to give me a banWhat should I do? Is he right or if he is wrong can I actually trust the law to give fair judgment?Pls I just want to know so I know what to do next
