Article 5
The nationality of the State may be granted to the following categories:

Article 6

The nationality of the State may be granted to any person who is not mentioned in Articles 5 and 6 in full capacity if he has been continuously and legally residing in the UAE for a period of not less than thirty years, at least twenty years after the entry into force of this law, A good character is not sentenced to a crime that violates honor and honesty, and improves the Arabic language.
