Once the work contract expires, the residency of the worker ends, and he has to leave the country, but if the work is to search for a new job, a request for extending the residency can be submitted to the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs, along with the following documents:
- Application form
The original passport of the worker / worker and a clear copy of it
- A copy of the sponsor's ID card
- In the event the worker leaves the Kingdom, the original ticket and a copy of it are attached
- In the event of a local transfer, a written letter from the new sponsor or the institution to which the transfer is to be attached
