Dr.my wife she always feel tiredness and sleeping and shivering.when we checked her glucose count is 374.she is taking tablets metformin hydrochloride 750 mg twice daily and thyroxine25 mg one daily
but her glucose level not coming down and showing symptoms of depression.pls give us reply as soon as possible

What is the treatment of diabetes type2 ?
You have to do clinical assessment in the nearest medical center and do evlauation with an endocrinologist to evaluate your condition and prescribe medications such as Oral hypoglycemic agent such as Metformin and Amaryl or in some cases your doctor prescribe medications as Insulin with Life style modification
