My insurance company is refusing my claim because...
My insurance company is refusing my claim because my car registration is expired, however the insurance is valid.
They say it's a UAE Federal Insurance policy but this clause is not in the policy they have given me.
The Dubai police has mentioned their policy number in the accident report.
Please help.

It is not possible to allow the insurance company to announce the terms of the insurance document. You can file a complaint against the insurance company. The complaint is submitted to the insurance agency. You will search the complaint and issue the appropriate decision. You can submit the complaint through its website:
