sir i dont have too much symptoms of vitamin E overdoes but when i am trying to sleep suddenly ill get vertigo and my body was literelly stop moving for 2/3 seconds..and when i am sitting for 10 mins my back pain is start..i am scared about it but when u tell me that vitamin e overdoes cant kill me now am stress free
