My 3month baby have brain tumor ago one month...

what the report of the MRI  says ?
it sasy that there is a tumr located in the base of the brain and medulla oblongata that is according to the radiology doctor is about 1.5 cm * 1.6 *1.6 com in diameter that is more prominant at the left side and its most likely to be a exophytic medullary glioma versus another defferential daignosis which is primitive neuroectodermal tumor 
why there cannt be any surgical treatment at the moment ?
any medullary tumor basically can nevr be removed surgically as the surgical option is risky so no doctor will be able to think even about the surgical option since its not a treatment option but in some cases the treatment of it might include a surgical biopsy of the tumor to identefy its type and aggressiveness of the tumor 
in some cases if the hydrocephalus is large then the doctor might od a surgical venteculoperitoneal shunt to decrease the pressure in the cranium 
what are the diagnostic tests needed ?
a full medical examination is indicated in such cases and MRI SCAN for the brain to  detect the location of the tumor and a tumor biopsy in some cases for a histopathological sample to check the type of and the aggressiveness of the tumor 
what is the treatment of exophytic medullary glioma ?
radiotherapy is shown to delay the growth of the tumor but chemotherapy although its used but shows no effecacy 
what is the treatment of the primitive neuroectodermal tumor ?
the same applies for the surgical option in this region and there is no way for surgery and the teatment of the tumor is done by chemotherapy and in this case is more effective + radiotherapy 
what are the signs and symptoms of such tumor in this location ?

• hydrocephalus 
• vomiting 
• decreased level of consciousness

why the baby is on the ventilation machine ?
because the medulla oblongata is responsible for the respiratory controle in the brain so any tumor, damage or trauma to the medulla oblongata makes a patient at a very high risk factor for developing a respiratory arrest
what are the outcomes ?
in cases of primitive neuroectoermal tumor the prognosis is bad ( specially among younger childeren ) and the survival rate for 5 years with therapy is 50% 
in cases of exophytic medullary glioma the survival rate is even worse
