UAE welcomes return of foreign nationals holding valid residence visa from June 1st.
By submitting the following documents:
*Personal colored photo
*A copy of the residence
*A copy of the valid passport
Proof of the reason for the abroad visit. Evidence could be a letter from the employer, educational institution, medical authority, or airline tickets if the reason is tourism.
 
Note that a decree was issued to allow the return of expatriates holding Emirates residence in force in the UAE on May 18, 2020, according to a joint declaration issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship.
