Don't scratch the blackheads , Wash face with warm water then cold water , Drink large amounts of water , Eat vegetables and fruits they contain antioxidants that protect the skin , and you can use Moisturizing Creams like pepanthine oint , and steam bath , also we advice to make Honey mask , and avoid sun rays , you should Stay away from foods that contain fatty substances , Use vit A derivative Isoterntoin with microdermabrasion , and use benzoyl peroxide , and use sulfur soap or antiseptic soap , also you can remove it  by laser and this process is done by directing specific waves of light on the skin to peel layer after layer through evaporation of damaged cells and remove the effects that resulted from acne or pimples
Diagnosis
by taking full medical history and clinical examination , and doing CBC to detect inflammation , and skin allegy test , and homonal essay , and the level of chlesteroil and fat
