I have an issue with the delivery of a shipment that from DUBAI to AjmanI submitted the request on 30th of June and they picked the items from the shipper side on 1st of July and till now they didn’t deliver it to meSo I want to know the concerned governmental department whom responsible of such complaints

Btw I have submitted more than 3 complaints and still with no action taken from their side

To file a complaint with the nearest police station or to go to the Public Prosecution in the country in which you reside, to submit a complaint and explain the matter in detail for the purposes of legal treatment
