We would like to inform you that if you have residency in UAE and want to buy a house or property in Canada, you shall personally start and sign in the place where the property is located.
If it is impossible, you may make a power of attorney for any trustworthy agency as an accredited real estate office, who, according to the power of attorney, can purchase and prevent on your behalf for the purpose of extracting residence for you in the future on the property that was purchased.
Please note that the real estate granting the residence is not less than one hundred thousand US dollars or its equivalent in the legally circulated currency.
