 Article (275): Whoever notifies judicial or administrative authorities of non-existent accidents or hazards, or of a crime knowing that it has not been committed, shall be punished by detention for a period not exceeding six months and by a fine not exceeding three thousand Dirhams, or by one of these two penalties.
