Please I have a brother who is in prison and now...
Please I have a brother who is in prison and now he is listed among people who have overstayed/absconded. Will he be fined people on deportation? (He was given 6months with deportation which was supposed to end in February 2020, but because of COVI-19 he is still in prison). O tried getting a lawyer but because my salary is very small, I couldn't afford the fee. Please What should I do? Please help me out

That if a fine was imposed against your brother for the reason that the residence period was exceeded, then a certificate must be presented by the prison administration confirming that he was imprisoned during that period and that a financial fine will not be imposed on the question of the length of stay that he spent in prison also, the UAE authorities have canceled the calculation of fines if the person leaves the Emirates immediately
